Traditional offset printing is a traditional printing method and the main method of lithography. It refers to the use of PS printing to transfer the graphic information you want to express and spread to the substrate, and finally make it into paper media such as books, newspapers and so on. PS is to roll aluminum alloy blank into a certain thickness of thin plate through hot and cold rolling process. The surface of the plate is coated with a layer of photosensitive resin after specific process treatment, and then dried to make printing plates for various purposes.
 


PS plate base is often made of aluminum with alloy grade of 1050, which is in H state. There are three kinds of h18, H22 and H26. All of them are packaged with coiled materials and supported by wooden pallet. The thickness tolerance is about 0.27mm, and the surface roughness shall not be greater than 0.30 microns.

(1) The gap between the unfolding surface of aluminum coil and the plane shall not be greater than 1mm, and the number of waves per meter of unfolding surface shall not be more than 3;
 
(2) The side is bent, and the length per meter shall not be greater than 1mm;
 
(3) The aluminum coil shall be compact and the end face shall be neat without cracks and burrs.
