The traditional hot-rolled 1050 industrial pure aluminum CTP plate base has impurity strip defects. The internal cause is the high content of Fe, Ti and other impurities in the chemical composition of the aluminum plate base, and the external cause is the impurity pressure and scratch. Adopting 1070 with higher aluminum purity to replace 1050 alloy, and properly adjusting the process, omitting "intermediate water recession" to prevent impurity pressure and scratch, the mass production of high-quality, efficient and energy-saving CTP plate base is finally realized
