The quantitative indexes of CTP aluminum plate base include the chemical composition of aluminum plate base, the mechanical properties of room temperature and baking pan, the accuracy of thickness and width, the surface illumination of aluminum plate base, edge burr, and the shape of plate. These indexes are related to the production and quality of CTP plate. The base material of CTP plate is usually made of aluminum alloy with alloy grades of 1145, 1150, 1060 and 1070. Tempering is in H state, including h18, H22 and H26. The thickness is 0.14-0.3mm and the width is 400-1500mm.
