PS/CTP is a hot and cold rolling process, the aluminum alloy blank material is rolled into a certain thickness of the sheet, the surface of the sheet after a specific process treatment with a layer of photosensitive resin, after drying to make a variety of USES of the printing plate.

The production process of CTP plate is roughly as follows: aluminum plate - degreasing treatment - electrolytic sand mesh treatment - oxidation treatment - one hole treatment - coating photosensitive solution - drying treatment - cutting packaging;
Electrolytic sanding is the electrolytic treatment of the surface of the aluminum plate, so that the surface of the aluminum plate formed sanding to increase the surface area of the aluminum plate, so as to improve the adsorption capacity and bearing capacity of the aluminum plate to the photosensitive material.
