1145 aluminum CTP plate

The base of CTP plate is often made of aluminum with alloy grade of 1145 or 1150. The state is h state. There are three kinds of h18, H22 and H26. All of them are packaged in coiled materials and supported by wooden pallets. The thickness tolerance is about 0.27mm, and the surface roughness shall not be greater than 0.30 microns.

The surface of CTP plate base produced by Chalco is clean, flat and free of cracks. The thickness is generally 0.280mm, which is slightly thicker than that of PS plate currently produced (the thickness of PS plate base is 0.270mm ± 0.005mm). Some foreign companies also use 0.275mm thick aluminum plate based water printing, and the thickness tolerance is ± 0.005mm. The aluminum plate base is thicker, the plate stiffness will be better, and it is not easy to bend.
