CTP aluminum base plate is usually made of 1150 aluminum alloy in H state. There are three kinds of h18, H22 and H26, all of which are packaged in coiled materials and supported by wooden pallets.

The thickness of 1150 h18 CTP aluminum base plate is generally 0.280mm, which is slightly thicker than the PS version currently produced (the base thickness of PS version is 0.270mm ± 0.005mm). Some foreign companies use 0.275mm thick aluminum plate base, and the thickness tolerance is ± 0.005mm. The aluminum plate base is thicker, the plate stiffness will be better, and it is not easy to bend.
