CTP version of the material and PS version is the same, is aluminum based version, but CTP version for aluminum based requirements are higher, briefly as follows: CTP version of the aluminum based surface of the basic requirements are clean, flat, no cracks, surface is not allowed to have non-metallic press in and stick, transverse skin, transverse grain and other defects; not allowed to have a slight color difference, bright strip and other issues.


 
CTP plate base is usually made of aluminum plate with alloy grade of 1145 or 1150, and the state is h state. There are three kinds of h18, H22 and H26. All of them are packed with coiled materials and supported by wooden pallets. The thickness tolerance is about 0.27mm, and the surface roughness cannot be greater than 0.30 μ M.
